Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to join our solar installation team in California. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential and commercial solar projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of solar installation projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and final inspection.

Coordinate between sales, design, installation, and permitting teams to ensure seamless communication and project flow.

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Maintain high standards of quality control and safety compliance on every job site.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear updates and addressing concerns.

Review contracts, permits, and inspection documents to ensure compliance with California regulations.

Identify and resolve potential project issues proactively.

Lead team meetings and promote a collaborative, solutions-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in solar energy, construction, or project management.

Strong understanding of California building codes and solar permitting processes.

Proven leadership and team coordination skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., CRM, scheduling software).

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
