We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our solar sales operations in California. The ideal candidate will have experience in solar or home improvement sales and a passion for helping homeowners and businesses transition to clean, renewable energy.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of solar sales representatives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities within California.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
Represent EverySun at community events, expos, and solar education programs.
Stay informed about the latest solar technologies, financing options, and incentive programs.
3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the solar or home improvement industry.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of California’s solar market and financing programs.
Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking software.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of leading by example.
